Club Atlético Acassuso is an Argentine football club from the Boulogne Sur Mer district of San Isidro Partido, Greater Buenos Aires. The squad currently plays in Primera B Metropolitana, the regionalised third division of the Argentine football league system.
The club obtained a place in the amateur Argentine Association Football league in 1932 because many of the major clubs had left the league to form a breakaway professional league. Acassuso finished 11th and 10th before the league was disbanded in 1934. That participation was its only spell in the top division of Argentine football.
In 2007 the club was promoted to Primera B Metropolitana after winning both the Apertura 2006 and Clausura 2007 of Primera C.
