William Taylor Phillips (June 18, 1933 in Atlanta, Georgia), nicknamed "T-Bone," is a retired American professional baseball player, a pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1956-1963. He would play for the Chicago Cubs, Milwaukee Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, and Chicago White Sox.
